Sohini Maji was, by her own description, simply a homemaker with a sketchbook — sketching silhouettes she couldn't find on any shelf, noticing exactly how a hemline should fall or a print should sit. What started as a private habit slowly became something she couldn't keep to herself: an idea good enough to deserve more than her own wardrobe. Bloomazz exists because one woman decided her idea belonged in the world, not just in a notebook.
Made, not manufactured
Every Bloomazz piece begins as something made, not manufactured. We work with small ateliers and artisans who cut, stitch, and finish each garment by hand, in natural fabrics like cotton and linen, the way India's textile traditions always have. That's also why you'll rarely find deep stock on our shelves — handwork done properly takes time, so most designs are made in small batches, sometimes just a handful of pieces at once. When a piece sells out, it usually stays that way. Not a marketing line — just the honest pace of how careful, handmade clothing gets made.
